If you get bored  of constantly drinking water, these detox recipes are for you! These detox recipes also will help to speed up your metabolism which means losing weight, and will help you to recover your body from toxins.

Mixed Lemonade:

  • 1 and a half green lemon juice (fresh squeeze)
  • 1 and a half cup of lemonade,
  • 1 and a half cup of orange juice,
  • 1 cup mineral water,
  • Lemon slices and ice mixture.

Lemon leaf and chamomile tea:

  • 1/2 cup of dried chamomile,
  • 2 tablespoons dried lemon leaf,
  • 1/3 cup honey, 6 water glass of boiling water,
  • Leave it covered for 10 minutes.
  • You can drink it hot or icy after mixing with honey.

Blackberry + Yoghurt:

  • 3 cups blackberry, 1 cup light yoghurt,
  • 1 cup light milk, 3 teaspoons honey,
  • 4-5 cardamom seeds drink it after passing through a blender.

Banana + Yoghurt:

  • 1 banana, 1/2 cup light yogurt,
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey, 2 teaspoons flaxseeds and ice.
  • First of all, put the flaxseed in a blender.
  • Add other ingredients and drink it after passing it through the blender.


Pomegranate + Orange:

  • 1 cup of fresh pomegranate juice, 1 cup of fresh orange juice,
  • Add 1 teaspoon powder ginger, mix them together then drink it.
